Das Verhältnis zwischen den Mitarbeitern ist geprägt von Respekt, Offenheit, freundschaftlichem Umgang und Vertrauen. Die Projekte sind nicht von zu langer Dauer (Implementierung mit anschließendem Early Life Support über ca. 3-6 Monate) und werden zu großen Teilen remote im Büro abgewickelt mit wenig Reisetätigkeit, was der große Unterschied zu den anderen \"typischen\" Beratungshäusern ist. Dass Mitarbeiter auch Freizeit und Familie haben, wird immer berücksichtigt, Urlaub/Krankheit/Kind krank/Homeoffice müssen nicht \"verteidigt\" werden. Alle erledigen ihre Arbeit mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative.
