Nach den ersten 30 Minuten hatte ich das Gefühl, wir kennen uns schon eine halbe Ewigkeit. Die 3 Gesprächspartner waren super sympathisch. Hier interessiert man sich wirklich für den Menschen hinter der Bewerbung. Innerhalb des 90 minütigen Gesprächs (welches mir gar nicht so lange vorkam) gab es viele Einblicke und spannende Perspektiven.  Meine sehr individuelle Bewerbung bekam eine unerwartete Wertschätzung, bei der ich mich natürlich sehr gefreut habe.
