Dynamisch, herausfordernd und Team-Gefühl

Ich bin seit über 5 Jahren für das Team tätig und fühle mich immer noch wohl und gehe jeden Tag gern ins Büro.
Die Aufgaben und das Arbeitsumfeld sind dynamisch, manchmal auch herausfordern, aber der Zusammenhalt im Team, tolle KollegInnen sowie Flexibilität und Vertrauen schaffen ein tolles Umfeld, um zu wachsen.

Einzigartiges Team, familiäre Atmosphäre und viele Freiheiten

Der Zusammenhalt als Team wird trotz Wachstum ganz groß geschrieben und durch regelmäßige Team-Events, gemeinsame Mittagessen oder Gespräche an der Kaffeemaschine gefördert.
Die 3 vierbeinigen Feel-Good-Manager helfen auch an stressigen Tagen bei der Entspannung oder Aufmunterung.
Flache Hierarchien, jeder Mitarbeiter wird wertgeschätzt und bekommt verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben übertragen.
Homeoffice und flexible Arbeitszeiten sind nach Abstimmung immer möglich und kein Problem.

Interessante Arbeit, super Kollegen, tolles Unternehmen

Jeder hilft jedem, es wird viel Vertrauen entgegengebracht, auch als "Anfänger" bekommt man wichtige Aufgaben übertragen, viele wechselnde Themengebiete, sehr nettes Team, großer Zusammenhalt untereinander, kaum Hierarchien

Alle Mitarbeiter*innen werden gleichbehandelt, egal welche Position, Erfahrung, Alter oder wie lange die Person schon im Unternehmen angestellt ist.
