Von Anfang an war jeder Schritt von Transparenz geprägt. Direkt nach meiner Bewerbung bekam ich eine Rückmeldung mit Informationen über die nächsten Steps. Ebenfalls angenehm war auch, immer pünktlich zum angekündigten Zeitpunkt eine erneute Meldung zum aktuellen Status zu erhalten. Bisher ist dies meine bester Erfahrung innerhalb eines Bewerbungsprozesses gewesen. So weiß die Person zu jeder Zeit den aktuellen Stand.
